What to bring
Wrestling shoes (or clean socks at first), a water bottle with your name on it, and shorts and a t-shirt without zippers or pockets.
USA Wrestling card
Required for insurance at practice and tournaments. Buy or renew it online at usawmembership.com, then add the card number to your athlete's profile.
